Title Of The Song
John Lennon - Give Peace A Chance

What the song was the message of the song?
John Lennon message in his song is saying war does not solve all problem but if you " give peace a chance" it may be a better solution to solve all the problems in war. The song also mentions the spoken parts, it is saying that the most popular subjects are all this gossip and controversial or debatable topics and opinions. The way he sees it there is no need for that sort of thing in our world. People shouldn't try not arguing and debating. As he says " give peace a chance" what's the worst that could happen.

Art

So were doing a collage which described both the technique and the resulting work of art in which pieces of paper, photograph, fabric, and other ephemera are arranged and stuck down onto a supporting surface.

So we ripped the paper to create our background first and then we started adding in the details. By cutting ripping or creating repeated shapes by drawing on top of our collage and paint it.

Woman International Day

 History

-International woman Days came about due to several historical events. It is the representative culmination of both the long public struggle for women's rights and the more private struggle waged every day by woman who have made the celebration of this day possible.

Over the years, International Woman's Day has taken to the streets, sparked off a revolution, met cosily at luncheons and concerts, rubbed shoulders with Premiers, Prime Minister and Mayors, demonstrated at the doors of newspaper and welfare institutions, occupied empty houses intent on gaining shelter for homeless woman and has ushered in reform legislation.

Inequality

- Inequality between men and women results in lost opportunities and prevents mutual gain. In general discrimination.

Diverts resources from women's activities, sometimes in favour less productive investment.

Rewards men, but also some woman, blinding them to productive alternatives

Obstructs social as well as economic participation and closes off possible partnership.

Reduces woman's effectiveness by failing to support then in their responsibilities, challenges and burdens.
